A Halloween party is just not meant to be this year.  I looked at my schedule to see if I could at least have a drop by and visit day but because Halloween is on a Sunday this year I never kept an office day available.  And then I noticed I don’t have any appointments on Thursday, November 11th, Veteran’s Day.  So from 10:00 to 5:00 I’ll be available if anyone wants to stop by and visit.  I’d love to catch up on the news, see how kids have grown or moms have shrunk or meet anyone who would like a tour.

Busy Summer

August 13th, 2010

This is why I’m not on Facebook….While many families are updating their Facebook page within minutes of birth I can’t seem to manage a post every few months.

And not from lack of news…it’s been a busy wonderful summer so far.

My first Utah baby turned 6 years old and I got to see her on her birthday which was lots of fun.

My 300th Utah baby was born with a couple that I’ve been fortunate enough to birth with four times!!!  Very special!!!

Then there was my first car birth…just minutes from Great Expectations.  All these years with women driving from the ends of Utah and even from Wyoming… and it was a Sandy baby that just couldn’t wait.  All was well except for cleaning the car.

Hope you’re all having a wonderful summer.  : )

On-line Birth Certificates

May 1st, 2010

Utah now offers the convenience of ordering birth certificates on-line if you meet certain security criteria.  Here’s the link if you still need to get your child a birth certificate.

Holiday Update

May 1st, 2010

Several holiday baby opportunities were available with the little ones choosing not to be born on St. Patrick’s Day, Vernal equinox (missed it by 15 minutes) or Easter. Maybe they’re waiting for Mother’s Day or Fourth of July. Maybe the snow has confused them.

I’m doing great and can’t wait to get back to digging in the dirt in my garden and watching the purple carrots grow….while the moms ripen happy babies.
