Usually the babies don’t pick the major holidays for their birthdays except this year… I met Maddox who chose to be born on Christmas day and Adalicia, who turned down the tax deduction in favor of a New Year’s day birthday.
Adalicia obviously wanted the baby quilt Tiff made for the first baby of the year. She does look very cute posing on it.

I’ve had a lovely Christmas enjoying my kids and granddaughter. Here’s Tiggy (Antigone) feeding the ducks at the Murray Park the day before Christmas.
My thanks and appreciation to everyone who has thought of me and sent cards, photos and e-greetings my way. Thank you so much for adding such sweet delight to the mail and computer.
Wishing each of you the Happiest Holidays Ever!!!!

Happy Halloween
I’m sure I’m not the only that has noticed I’m a really bad blogger. Here it is December and I’m just posting the picture Steffi took of our Halloween visit. Thanks to everyone who stopped by…I really enjoy catching up on the news and seeing the kids grow….and eating Kindee’s chocolate chip pumpkin cookies. : )

Relaxation
I keep telling myself to plan some time off but it doesn’t seem to happen…I meet someone who I think would be so fun to birth with…or who needs a healing birth…or who I’ve birthed or miscarried with before and know I’d be disappointed if we didn’t get to be together for this baby.
Knowing that there will never be the perfect birth free window I just need to plan for vacation time for my family and myself. I’ve decided that I won’t be accepting any September births so for those that have control of their future children….please wait for me.
