Thanks Tiff!!!

I’m very proud and appreciative of all the work my daughter has done to build and maintain this website. What you don’t know is that she has also been the sounding board, and sometimes the voice of reason, during the evolution of Great Expectations. Tiff has shared her mad skills with me… including her math talents, floor plan drawing abilities, photography, sanding, planting, typing, researching, tape measuring and on and on. Great Expectations and I are much richer for her involvement.

Thanks Tiff!!!

I’m so glad it’s all coming together! I agree that a fireplace would be nice. 🙂 Maybe you can just get a video of that yule log burning on TV? My mom has one and always plays it around the holidays – she doesn’t have a fireplace. I can’t wait to come see everything.

I know it is has been hard work getting to this point, lots of hurdles along the way and hoops to jump through.

It does sound like you and Tiff have had some fun along the way. Fireplace in the birthing room indeed. I suppose it would be something to use as a focus. Have you got a permit organized to let off fireworks when the first baby is born? Maybe you should buy an old ice cream van and change the tune to a lullaby. Get the sides of the van painted with your new logo and then drive round Murray playing the lullaby to celebrate the birth of each baby 🙂

YES! Thank you Tiff! This website is fantastic, a great place to send friends interested in working with Rebecca! I am grateful for all your hard work on location as well! I’m excited to give birth in the new home away from home! Only 227 days to go… but who’s counting…:)

I still think the fireplace would have been nice….and when’s the last time oxygen was needed????

Awwww…. 🙂 So by voice of reason are you referring to the time you wanted to have a fireplace in the birth room…right along side that oxygen tank??? 😉 Thanks for letting me be so involved – the “birth” of Great Expectations has definitely been an adventure! We’ve come a long way, and five? six? floor plans later I think we know all there is to know about maximizing available space! I’m excited to see the end result…the road to opening has been bumpy (ten foot deep potholes at times maybe?) and I know what we had dreamed up originally barely resembles reality, but that’s okay – it’s going to be perfect! Three more weeks….!!!!!!
